Senior Manager, Global Crisis Management and Readiness

Your Experience 

Proven experience in designing, conducting, and evaluating crisis management exercises and training programs

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Emergency Management, Information Security, Risk Management) or equivalent practical experience or equivalent military experience required

8+ years of experience in crisis management, incident response, business continuity, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior role

Strong understanding of crisis communication strategies and incident command systems

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure

Certifications such as CBCP, MBCP, or similar industry-recognized certifications are a plus.
